The Challenges 


Lack of Recruiting Manpower 

When it comes to selecting candidates that meet the client´s requirements, without a thorough understanding of the massive recruiting market, a technical and automotive field in particular, it is incredibly challenging to move projects forward. Let alone investing even more time, energy, and labor in searching for the candidates. Although the HR department in the client organization is comparatively experienced in technical recruiting, limited manpower can put some hurdles because they are not only responsible for searching for new candidates to fill the urgent project needs but also in charge of managing and handling internal training, employee performance and etc.

Lack of Headcounts 

At the same time, for renowned multinational corporations like our client, justifying a large headcount from the top can be time-consuming, stressful, and often accompanied by rather complicated procedures. 

Variable Project Duration

Effective Communication 

The first step of Bassetti’s problem-solution process is our effective customer communication. Through active project debut and on-site visits, our engineering consultants and recruiting experts can accurately understand the client’s manufacturing process, product properties, and constraints. After fully understanding the client’s needs, our recruiters started their search for engineers with the expertise and skill required for this project. For each position, on average, 2 qualified syntheses are sent within three days after the position need is received, followed by a less-than-24-hour technical interview arrangement. With a 35% interview pass rate, our expertise has allowed us to close clients´ urgent needs in less than 2 months.

Comprehensive Performance Follow-up

With the process of periodical performance tracking, 9 out of 10 technical leaders have rated “Very Satisfied” regarding our engineering service. By 2021, 28 engineering consultants have successfully reported working and contributed to multiple innovative projects directly in 2 years.
